Sunn O))) & Simon Fowler, Ouroboros Coatl - Live at The Barbican - April 1st, 2024

Hand carved and printed for Sunn O)))'s incredible performance at The Barbican on April 1st.

Measuring 64 cm by 94 cm sheet size.
Printed on Shoji washi.

I devised this Ouroboros Coatl over a back and forth text exchange with Stephen, experimenting with the golden ratio and keltic knot forms, I made a automatic drawing in charcoal very quickly, transposed the image to the lino and carved the plate.
Pure analogue signal path.

The 1st edition has been printed in combinations of Phthalo green and violet with the Sunn O))) logo in a sunburst orange. Limited to 75, with 36 available here.

The 2nd edition comes in a Burnt Umber shade with the Sunn O))) logo in a deep red sunburst. Limited to 13 with 10 available here. Demo Photo coming later tonight.
